Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Those living with GAD are constantly bombarded by worry. They have difficulty dismissing concerns that others seem able to. CBT for GAD in Ohio is a strongly supported anxiety treatment that helps individuals learn to identify negative patterns of thought and behavior that stoke the flames of worry. There are variations on how CBT techniques can be applied to GAD, and I believe that mindfulness (intentional, present-focused awareness) is an especially important tool to leverage.
